Modular buildings
Modular buildings off-site.
Prefab and volumetric construction — dorms, hotels, hospitals — built off-site and craned into place. Windows that survive the journey without losing their seal.

The lowest U-factor in our range
ZERO 04 hybrid vacuum glass reaches U 0.044 at the center of the glass, and complete windows reach R-12.
Glass packages › The warrantyOn the vacuum glass
A 25-year limited warranty on the vacuum insulating unit, covering loss of vacuum and seal failure.
Warranty terms › The frame- Four times stronger than aluminum
- Expands with the glass, so seals stay tight
- Will never rot, rust or warp
- Insulates without a thermal break
- Built for salt air and the coast
- Fire-resistant and recyclable
Pultruded fiberglass, tested to CW-PG45 for air, water and structural load.
Why fiberglass ›Modular and volumetric builders glaze in the factory, then transport and crane finished modules to site. That puts a stress on windows that site-built work never sees: racking, vibration, and handling loads before the module is ever set.
A fiberglass frame suits this better than most, because it is dimensionally stable and moves with the glass rather than against it, so a factory-set seal stays tight through transport. Where the finished building is coastal or high-wind, the impact-rated aluminum A-Series is available in the same detailing.
Window and door types for this building
Repeatable window units
GR65 and GR70 dual-action and casement windows for consistent, factory-glazed unit types across a whole building.
Doors & sliders
Fiberglass swing and sliding doors for balconies and corridors, detailed for factory installation.
Impact-rated where needed
The A-Series aluminum line adds hurricane-rated windows and doors for coastal modular projects.
Which product families apply
Modular projects use the fiberglass F-Series for the envelope and the A-Series aluminum where the finished building faces hurricane or high-wind exposure. Both families are detailed for repeatable, factory-set installation.
