This policy explains what information GlasFens, LLC (“GlasFëns,” “we,” “us”) collects through www.glasfens.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it to answer you and serve your project, and we do not sell it.

Information we collect

Information you send us. When you use our contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, project type and message, any drawings or documents you upload or link to, and the local time the form was sent. If you email or call us, we receive the information you include.

Information collected automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which it uses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Our website fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.

Cookies and tracking. Our website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or analytics tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

How we use your information

To answer your inquiry and prepare quotes, drawings and project proposals
To communicate with you about your project, order and delivery
To keep records required for our business, warranty and legal obligations
To operate, secure and improve our website

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only as needed to serve you:

Service providers that run our website and forms, including Formspree, which receives and delivers contact form submissions to us, and Cloudflare, which hosts our website
Manufacturing and logistics partners, when needed to quote, produce or deliver your order
Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and project information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business, warranty, tax and legal obligations, and then delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor them as those laws require.

Do Not Track. Because we do not track visitors across websites or use tracking cookies, our site does not change its behavior in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Security

Our website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

Our website is intended for business and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
